IM BROKEN!

As I the rain poured the shin shone.

“It'll rain a sunny day

I know, shinin' down like water”

The times you laugh make you forget

the times that were so dark you

questioned why you are here.

I’ve knelt in pain, crawling, unleashing

sorrow, questioning my purpose,

wondering who is by my side, asking for

Guidance and simply some joy.

I’ve felt alone.

I often feel alone.

I’ve felt lost.

I’m often lost.

I’ve felt broken.

I am broken but that’s my strength.

I sit in a place of pull back.

I sit in a place of confusion.

I sit in a place of sadness for the collective.

Show me the future.

Show me the healthy children playing.

Show me HOPE.

Ive come to a place of feeling broken

Yet

That is the place I will shine the most.

As I’m on my knees I ask out loud...

Guide me so I can guide others.

Ignite me with purpose to put fire in others.

Love me so love oozes to all.

Even in my fall I say to you...

I am here! Always here!

We will RISE!

We will LIVE!

We wil LOVE!

Stand up, crawl out of the pit, everything is going to be good, it is good!

The cream will always rise my love!
